Fred Olivieri Construction Company to Build New Dairy Queen in North Canton, OH

North Canton, OH, is about to get a sweet upgrade! The Fred Olivieri Construction Company is excited to announce the start of construction on a brand-new Dairy Queen Grill & Chill location at 1212 N Main St. This new location is replacing the former post office building, which was purchased by the owners of the North Canton Dairy Queen in the fall of last year.

The project officially kicks off this week, with the building’s demolition beginning , January 24th 2025. Completion of the project and the opening of the restaurant is expected by summer 2025. The present location (1664 N Main St) will move operations to the new building once it is complete.
